ACC offers individual counselling which means that, following an assessment, you will be offered counselling each week for an initial contract of up to 18 weeks. If you and your counsellor consider it is worthwhile, this may be extended for up to a year. Counselling usually finishes when there is an agreement to do so between you and your counsellor.

After this we will contact you to offer an assessment interview.
We then add your name to our list to have weekly appointments with one of our counsellors.
