More people in our community will be able to access vital mental health support thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund who have once again awarded Arun Counselling Centre £20,000.

Receiving this funding for a second year reflects not only the growing need for accessible mental health support but also continued confidence in the work we do to support our local community.

As our largest grant to date, this funding provides vital stability and enables us to continue delivering essential low-cost and subsidised counselling services to those who need them most but might be facing financial barriers for support. It allows us to be there for individuals facing difficult times, offering a safe, supportive space and helping to improve mental health and wellbeing across our community.

The National Lottery Community Fund distributes over £600 million each year to charities and community groups across the UK, championing projects that strengthen communities and bring people together. Their commitment to connection, wellbeing and grassroots impact closely aligns with our mission, and we are incredibly grateful that our work continues to be recognised.

This funding is made possible thanks to National Lottery players and we extend our sincere thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund and to every player who makes this continued support possible.
