Workplace wellbeing

Gain a more productive, healthier and happier workforce with counselling through an Employee Wellbeing Programme.

Counselling for Employees

Life is complex. Work can be demanding. People don’t always have the space or tools to cope.

Helping to support you and your employees through mental health challenges or issues with emotional wellbeing means you get a happier, healthier workforce who feel valued and supported by their employer.

Even a short period of counselling can improve employee productivity and effectiveness, as well as help boost concentration, focus, job satisfaction, relationships, self-confidence and reduce stress levels.

What is an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)?

An EAP provides employees with mental health support through counselling, giving practical support for personal or work-related challenges. It’s a simple way for organisations to look after their people and make sure help is available when it’s needed most.

So whether you’re a growing business, a busy charity, or a frontline service provider, our EAP gives leaders, managers and employees confidential, compassionate and expert support.

How does an EAP provide support?

Our counsellors help all levels of employees with overlapping issues in and out of work to ensure progression like improved job performance and coping strategies in their personal life.

Support is tailored, practical and grounded in modern counselling approaches.

Counselling supports:

  • Stress, anxiety, worry or burnout
  • Financial pressure or uncertainty
  • Relationship problems or family challenges
  • Bereavement, loss and loneliness
  • Managing neurodiversity
  • Workload and performance pressure
  • Low mood or lack of motivation
  • Self-esteem and confidence
  • Feeling “on edge”, stuck or unable to switch off
